How do I convert this Format?

I made a PowerPoint Presentation in 03 (I know, it's old) and I want to know, is there a way to transfer that into a YouTube format? I should have made it in Windows Movie, But I worked hard on it, is there a way to reformat without any additional Programs, or could I transfer it to a different program. I have it pretty basic on this computer. I have all 03 Microsofts, like InfoPath, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc. If that changes anything. I tried Format Factory, It's pretty easy, but it keeps Failing to Decode, any advice?
