Excel question about conditionals?

I have a spread sheet with a column listing colors (Red, Blue, Yellow, etc). And I have a second column with values 1-4. I need a formula which will allow me to select all the Yellows with 3 or the Reds with 1 and so forth.

My data is spread over rows 2-50 and the colors are in column B and the values are in column C.
