Excel Formulas - Changing formula in cell?

Is it possible to have a formula pull from a different row each day? We do change the date at the top each day but we have to enter the same numbers for a daily sheet and for a monthly row by row monthly sheet. Is it possible to have it use the date's cell (ie. 16) in a changing formula?

Here is what I'm trying to get it to do: ='JAN DAILY'!D15 then the next day have the SAME cell be ='JAN DAILY'!D16 , and so on.

Like I said we do type the date so if I could get it to pull the numeric portion of the cell name from the date header then it would be awesome. Not sure if it's possible or if anyone has other suggestions to keep us from having to type the numbers twice??? Thank you!
