EXCEL 2007 ... HELP!?

I am creating a chart which has an oscillating trig function centered at a specific y value. I want to insert a horizontal line at this y value, but the only way I have found to do this is create an entire new data set consisting of constant y values. Is there some kind of feature that will allow me to insert like another horizontal axis at this point or draw in a line or something?
