Create a drop-down list from a range of cells

To make data entry easier, or to limit entries to certain items that you define, you can create a drop-down list of valid entries that is compiled from cells elsewhere on the worksheet.

Move, delete or copy a toolbar button quickly

To customise our toolbars, we generally need to enter Customize mode. However, we can move or copy toolbar buttons without enabling Customize mode.

Selecting a Range of Non-Adjacent Cells

To select a range of non-adjacent cells:

1. Select cell A1, and press Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow.
2. Continue holding down Ctrl, and select another range.

The Current Region/List is a range of cells containing data bounded by blank rows and columns.
